Service Description

Finding it hard to connect to like minded individuals in the community? Are you new to the area or a long standing resident who doesn’t know where to just catch up with others in a safe and natural environment? Or do you just want to connect with others in nature, take a breath and a moment for yourself. Now you can. We are offering monthly small group community connections where you can sit under the shade of the trees, have Morning tea, chat or be still as you watch the horses meander around the paddocks from your advantage point on the farm. Running for 90 minutes, connections offer: Buggy ride to the location, or you may want to walk (the views are worth It either way) Introductions and grounding, Breathing exercises to get you in the mood for some time out, Mindfulness to take in the views, wildlife, Nature and the horses, Conversing with others … maybe sharing thoughts, ideas, or whatever you all feel you’d like to share - let’s see where the session takes us shall we.. Check in on each other, Closing, buggy ride back to your car. These sessions are being run with the community and cost of living in mind. As such, investment is $50pp with a 10% discount if you bring a friend. Included in cost: Morning tea provided, What you need to bring: insect repellent, sun hat, sun screen, sun glasses (optional) Water, What to wear: closed in non slip shoes Essential, long pants, sleeved top. This is due to the property being quiet hilly and uneven surfaces, and you will be out in the elements on a working farm, sitting under large trees, on logs, the ground, or rug.
